Quality: no compromises

When it comes to quality, we do not make any compromises. We have now brewed beer for more than 335 years - with the care of an artisan and always of the highest quality, using only select ingredients. Our own QA laboratory runs extensive tests, from incoming raw materials to our bottling process, and thus makes sure that all our products are of “premium quality”. After all, we want consumers and Eichbaum customers to be able to drink beer of the highest quality at all times.

And the results of the beer tests run by the DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschaftgesellschaft e.V., German Agricultural Society), one of the most important food-rating organisations, attest to our high standards too. Eichbaum also gets its high food-law-conforming standards certified by the International Food Standard (IFS) every year. It goes without saying that Eichbaum beer is brewed in accordance with the German Purity law, which is the oldest still applicable food law anywhere and sets forth that beer may only contain malt, hops, yeasts and water.

Eichbaum’s core competence is quality. This is not only reflected in our beer but also in the ingredients we use. We procure them from our region, and in order to assure their quality Eichbaum has its own laboratory. We mainly use regional barley.
